We charge fixed fees for medium size cases and small cases. Complex cases may invoke hourly rates. Our fees do not include Court fees, Counsel fees or disbursements.
FIXED FEE AGREEMENTS
if new information arrives pursuant to the level of documents provided at the beginning of a matter, the fees may have to revert to an hourly rate or a new fixed fee.

COURT BUNDLES
* trial bundles must conform to the edicts of the CPR. They must contain only essential, chronological documents. It must follow strict formatting - ie searchable PDFs for e-bundles,
limited to 350 pages (presented in a ring binder for paper bundles). Paper bundles require the express permission of the judge. Electronic bundles are the default option.
* the bundle must be paginated, bookmarked, and submitted to the court several days before the trial. Electronic bundles (PDF format) are the default option.
* only documents that are strictly necessary and will actually be referred to during the hearing can be used. Do not include irrelevant correspondence, repeated emails, or draft documents
If your documents exceed the 350 page limit and have a Judge’s consent for any increase in that page count - they must be split into separate files (e.g., File A & File B) and the pagination will have to be restarted or continued

Hourly Rates
LIL Legal follows the Government legal fee earners guidelines for hourly rates
At LIL Legal’s discretion, hourly rates may apply in respect of :-
• unagreed amendments
* resubmissions
* re-reviews of case files and documents
* case conference attendance with barristers or other entities
Additional Fees
Fees depend on complexity, urgency, and volume of documents. Urgent work (same-day turnaround) may incur an uplift of 25–40%. Fixed fees can be agreed in advance where the scope is clear.
All fees are exclusive of VAT and disbursements (if applicable).
