We charge fixed fees for medium size cases and small cases. Complex cases may invoke hourly rates. Our fees do not include Court fees, Counsel fees or disbursements.

FIXED FEE AGREEMENTS
if new information arrives pursuant to the level of documents provided at the beginning of a matter, the fees may have to revert to an hourly rate or a new fixed fee.

Simple Letter - Letters that require minimal review, no complex facts, and no legal

Standard Letter - Letters requiring factual review and
moderate legal positioning.
Detailed Letter - Letters requiring
substantial factual analysis and referencing underlying documents

Fees depend on complexity, urgency, and volume of documents. Urgent work (same-day turnaround) may incur an uplift of 25–40%. Fixed fees can be agreed in advance where the scope is clear.
